We were driving from the Grand Canyon to Sedona and needed a lunch stop. Flagstaff was sort of on the way, so we took a slight detour to check out the city and grab some food. A quick Yelp search led us to this place.
The first thing we learned is that apparently Flagstaff is a big ski town - we had no clue! After checking out the decor of this place, it wasn't hard to figure this out :-) While the decor was fun, we opted to eat outside on a beautiful summer day.
Our waitress was very friendly and super responsive, especially since she was handling a lot of tables and had to tackle a flight of stairs to get in and out of the building.
I ordered the Southwest Chicken Wrap with a side of onion straws - I would highly recommend this choice! My wife had the quesadillas and really enjoyed them too! My daughter had the wings and polished them off quickly, so they must have been good!
If you're in Flagstaff and looking for good quality "bar food", you'll definitely want to check this place out!

Oh boy, I wish I could give Zero star rating on this one.
Shitty Mac and cheese, shitty nachos, shitty margaritas and absolutely horrible service. I will not be coming back here, and this is my first time in Flagstaff. We never got the waters we requested twice. We returned the nachos, and got them off the bill but now we have been waiting 30 minutes for them to finally bring the bill. This place is not even busy and they have so much staff right now.
Don't worry, me and my group will not be leaving tips, and we are heading down the street to Lumber Yard Brewing to finish eating and drinking.

Went there after attempting Humphrey's Peak.
Tried their chicken sandwich that was a special on that day and it was tasty.

Came here by mistake. I was looking for a good burger place and I didn't realize I walked into a different place until I ordered food.

Free parking is available, which is very nice considering this place is so close to the downtown Flagstaff.

While I was waiting for my food, I was going to check in on Yelp, that's when I realized this wasn't the place I wanted to come and started thinking how this place has low ratings.....

To my surprise, food was quite good. I had a veggie burger and I never thought someday I would say how good a veggie burger was until that day.

I tasted others food and they were very good as well.

Service was a bit slow and I understand other customers complains here.

Nice ski resort style decor, good food. I am glad I made a mistake coming here to discover pretty good food.

As my Flagstaff trip continued dinner time came  around and was dead set eating in the downtown area that served some good beer . I was able to find a local bar and grill on the other side of the tracks across from the train station. Our server madie was wonderful and very courteous. She broke down any questions on the menu , so I went with a turkey burger . This would be the first time having a turkey burger at any restaurant so pretty cool and tasted just like red meat lol. Side appetizer included green chili French fries that tasted authentic. My beer was a delicious stout local Flagstaff beer.
So one thing I learned today was that this establishment does not have straws and the story behind this is because straws have been know to wash off the coast with sea turtles suffocating from straws . Deep lesson I know but the next time you use a straw think about the sea turtles !
